Proof that you don't need a ton of fancy toys to entertain a four year old, yes a big cardboard box will do the trick. Just throw all your stuff in there and voila instant home, or is it closet? Not really sure. Just know it keeps a kid amused for hours!! And mom can actually get something clean!

School is in session! We started our preschool co op this week and I think it will be tons of fun! In addition to the co op I am homeschooling Elly. In Math we are learning shapes, number recognition, counting and addition. Phonics is number one on the list, as well as letter recognition. We do crafts and add bits of history and science. I know I think this very thing when the sun peaks through the clouds and I trudge downstairs to witness the mountainous slop of work. The dishwasher (me) was not on duty, when she most certainly should have been. Yes she may look innocent, but the proof is in the mess! I know it’s important to have an organized and clean home- in fact I enjoy being in shining orderly houses. They smell good, the floors are spotless, the counter tops glitter, everything is in its place. Oh it such a refreshing and comfortable thing. I mean you can’t help but be at ease when sitting in someone’s bright, immaculat...
